Introduction (What we do)
Serves as user-advocate through out entire design process; • Interviews senior stakeholders and project team members to establish and document project scope and business requirements; • Performs heuristic evaluations of existing application designs to find successful aspects and propose revisions; • Produces IA deliverables such as site blueprints, wireframes, user interface prototypes, and user experience process flows; • Develops and orchestrates user interviews and testing activities. Document user requirements as well as visual and behavioral specifications; • Conceptualizes and creates wireframes and specifications in an iterative process through additional stakeholder interviews and testing activities.
